Unsupervised Feature Filtering

UFFizi is a web tool implementing the Unsupervised Feature Filtering (UFF) algorithm.

UFFizi receives as input a matrix of instances (samples) vs. features (variables) and extracts the most informative features in an unsupervised manner,
following the criterion of leave-one-out effect on the entire matrix SVD entropy.

The output of UFFizi is a ranked subset of the original features. These features may be used in further analysis, such as clustering of the instances.
